I would describe my style as a combination of classic with a modern twist. I like to pair unique and extravagant clothes and accessories with essentials. I often look to the catwalks for inspiration and try to find time to watch New York, London, Paris, Stockholm and Milan Fashion Weeks, and seek out trends that I can adopt and add to my current wardrobe.

The brands on my radar at the moment are Loewe, Tove, Hiushan Zhang, Magda Butrym, Rokh, Jacquemus, Miu Miu, Prada and Dries Van Noten. All of these brands make clothes that are very in line with my style DNA – classic, but with a twist.

The one piece of style advice I would share with everyone is don't be afraid of being controversial but be afraid of being boring.

The pieces I rely on every day are jeans, white shirts, oversized blazers and Chanel pearls. This is my favourite kind of outfit and has never failed me. I don’t think I have a specific way of building my outfit, I tend to go with whatever I’m in the mood for.

I do follow trends, but I only tend to go with those that I feel comfortable in. I’m not afraid to try new things and I do feel it's worth experimenting when it comes to fashion.

The trends I really like right now are visible underwear – for example from the most recent Jacquemus show. I think it’s such a fun idea and it can make an outfit more interesting. The second is ballet pumps and I absolutely love the fact they are back. I wear them all the time, as they are so comfortable and easy to style. I tend to go for heeled ones – I just got a new pair from Jacquemus and they are perfect. However, I’ve also got a pair of Alaïa flat ballets that I’m obsessed with.

The five pieces every woman should have in her wardrobe are an oversized blazer, a classic cashmere knit (Arket has some of the best), good quality classic jeans like Levi’s, a white shirt (I love Acne’s) and a great pair of heels. I believe it’s worth investing in pieces that will go the distance.

To create a look that’s TRULY UNIQUE I like to MIX CLOTHES from the HIGH STREET with more EXPENSIVE DESIGNER PIECES.

My go-to accessory at the moment are super big earrings – they can really transform an outfit.

My favourite swimwear brands this summer are Oseree and Leslie Amon. Both have such unique, beautiful and high-quality pieces.

When it comes to dresses I love Australian brands Shona Joy, Dissh, Chrisopher Esber and Three Graces – their dresses are absolutely stunning and so easy to style. They are the definition of summer.

The person I love following on Instagram is Tilda Swinton. She blends classic pieces with masculine elements, and she does it in such a beautiful way. I admire the consistency of her style and the way in which she emphasises her personal beauty through her sense of dress.

Fashion should be fun, don’t be afraid to try new things. You may actually discover that implementing fun into your outfits is your thing. You may discover something new about yourself and about your style. Just remember that no matter what you wear, it's all about feeling comfortable.

To create a look that’s truly unique I like to mix clothes from the high street with more expensive designer pieces. I also try to add original accessories to my outfit and experiment with colour – a colourful element can inject energy and revive an entire outfit.

My go-to essentials for a beach holiday are a great basket bag (Loewe and Celine have great options) – I take one everywhere with me, whether it's a beachside lunch or sunset dinner – and denim, which I cannot imagine my summer without. I always take at least one pair of denim shorts with me; they are easy to style and comfortable. I usually take a few linen dresses too.

In fact, this summer I’m all about linen. Whether it’s for a dinner out or a holiday, I would go for a linen set (skirt and top). One of my favourite brands this season is Shona Joy, it’s created some amazing sets, and all you need is a comfy pair of sandals, a basket bag and you are ready to go.

The brand I love the most for evening wear is Huishan Zhang – all the pieces are one of a kind and so beautiful, and perfect for a dinner or any other special occasion. Every time I’m going out, Huishan Zhang is my go-to for a beautiful dress.
