Established in London by Finnish designer Sandra Hagelstam, this sustainable footwear brand makes shoes that are as comfortable as they are stylish. Combining Nordic minimalism with Italian craftsmanship, the collection includes leather heels, strappy detailing and plenty of elevated elegance. The leather is rated ‘gold’ by the Leather Working Group indicating the supply chain is deemed ethical and transparent – plus, only renewable energy is used in the production process.

Away That Day

Established swimwear brand, Away That Day, has introduced a new collection made from Q-Nova, a soft but durable and innovative fabric. The material is made up of recycled waste that would have otherwise ended up in landfill. Additionally, the manufacturing process produces significantly fewer carbon emissions and all the packaging, including the swim bag, is made from 100% recycled plastic.

Barbour X Oxfam

British heritage brand Barbour is collaborating with Oxfam at this year’s Glastonbury festival. As part of the Re-loved jacket rental initiative, upcycled Barbour jackets will be available to rent for the festival for £45 from Oxfam stores. Aiming to reduce the environmental impact of over consumption, the initiative also hopes to raise money for Oxfam’s work tackling poverty and hardship around the world.
