Lancôme La Vie Est Belle Vanille Nude

The first musky vanilla fragrance from Lancôme, this new feminine eau de parfum has been crafted by two of the most renowned French perfumers – Dominique Ropion and Anne Flipo. The result is a floral, musky fragrance that fuses the sweetness of glazed Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar with the depth and luminosity of jasmine from Lancôme's Domaine de la Rose, together with an enveloping base of creamy, white musk and sandalwood. Inspired by French patisserie, like a crème pâtissière, this fragrance offers up to five-hour intensity to carry you from day to night.

Domaine Evremond

Launching this month, ‘Flavours of Kent’ is a series of culinary experiences hosted at Domaine Evremond’s state-of-the-art winery in Chilham near Canterbury. The immersive three-course meals will highlight the three key forces that shape Kent’s produce and wine: the sun, the sea and the earth. Crafted from locally sourced ingredients, each dish pays tribute to one of these elemental forces and reveals a different expression of Domaine Evremond’s inaugural release, Classic Cuvée Edition I.

The first of four instalments, ‘Chapter I: Autumn’, will take place over three Sundays (21st Sept, 19th Oct and 9th Nov) with a menu that celebrates the produce of the season, including Whitstable oysters, goat’s cheese from the North Downs and apples grown on the estate. Future chapters – Winter, Spring and Summer – will follow suit, each with its own menu to be announced quarterly. With only 16 seats available, these lunches will be an intimate celebration of the best that Kent has to offer, both in the glass and on the plate.

Fulham Pier

Fulham Pier has become one of London’s buzziest and must-visit destinations. Overlooking the river with far reaching, leafy views of Putney and Barnes, it’s a hub of activity, with art exhibitions, live music, health and wellbeing talks and classes, children’s events and an array of street food vendors. Brasserie Constance, the first-floor restaurant, has Michelin-starred chef Adam Byatt (of Trinity Clapham and Charlie’s at Brown’s Hotel fame) at the helm. Paying homage to Constance Spry (the trailblazing florist and chef who once worked just around the corner with Fulham Pottery), her spirit is felt throughout the restaurant – from the understated elegance of the interiors to dishes such as Coronation Chicken Pâté en Croûte, a twist on classic coronation chicken which Spry helped create.

On the upper floors, chic members’ club Lighthouse Social is spread over three levels with a lounge, restaurant, several roof terraces, shared workspaces and a screening room. Opening this autumn and designed to feel like a private residence, Fulham Pier Hotel will be home to just 13 rooms and suites, each bathed in light through floor-to-ceiling windows and done up with a blend of classic, yet contemporary, elegance – think natural stone, warm wood, polished metals, marble bathrooms and a fresh colour palette inspired by the Thames. The rooftop penthouse has a terrace, complete with outdoor kitchen, bar and heated pergola and panoramic views. The entire Fulham Pier project will be completed next year with the opening of the spa and wellness club, which will be spread across five floors with a menu of treatments, a café, gym, sauna, classes and a 15m heated rooftop infinity pool.

ME+EM Trouser Lab

Since launching ME+EM in 2009, founder and CEO (and trouser obsessed) Clare Hornby has been in pursuit of the perfect trouser, and the brand has since become renowned as the 'Trouser Whisperers'. Now, she’s taken it one step further and spent considerable time obsessing over every intelligent detail, from leg lengths and stitching to pocket placements, in what she has coined the 'Trouser Lab'. Truly understanding the power of the perfect pair of trousers, designers have spotlighted eight key styles and challenge even the most devoted dress wearers to find their ideal silhouette. The classic wide leg (the bread and butter of ME+EM's trouser collection) is timelessly flattering with expertly proportioned, fitted, waist-to-wide-hem ratios. The contemporary barrel leg style features clever seams and panelling, creating a distinctive curved leg look that has quickly become a ME+EM wardrobe staple. For creating the illusion of an elongated silhouette, the kick flare adds a feminine edge to modern suiting looks.
