Since it launched its olive oil subscription membership in 2021, Citizens of Soil has connected small-batch farmers with consumers via sommelier-selected extra virgin olive oils delivered in pouches through letterboxes each month. Now, it has designed a ceramic bottle with a striking gold pourer for the ideal flow. Inspired by the Mediterranean and made by the Salgueiro family in Porto, each bottle is made in small batches over five days and crafted from earthenware clay sourced in the Aveiro region on the west coast of Portugal.
